When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely via Supabase Auth — we never see your raw password). You may optionally provide your name.

If you connect your bank accounts, we use Plaid Technologies, Inc. to securely access your financial institution. Plaid handles the connection and authentication with your bank — we never see or store your bank credentials (username or password).

We may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you visit within OrderLi. This is used solely for debugging and improving the product. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.

Your data is stored in Supabase, a Postgres-based cloud database with row-level security. This means your data is isolated at the database level — no other user can access your records.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Plaid access tokens are stored encrypted and are never included in frontend code or API responses sent to the browser.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately at security@liveorderli.com.

You can view all data stored in your account by using the app. If you want a full export of your data, contact us at privacy@liveorderli.com.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Disconnecting a bank account removes your Plaid access token and stops future data syncing; historical transaction data you choose to keep remains in your account until you delete it.
You can disconnect any connected bank account at any time from the Bank Accounts tab in the app. This immediately revokes our access to that institution's data going forward.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal and financial data within 30 days. Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for product analytics.
OrderLi is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the app. Your continued use of OrderLi after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
