OrderLi ("we," "us," "our," or "the Service") is a personal finance and life planning application available at liveorderli.com. OrderLi provides tools to help you manage your budget, track your net worth, analyze taxes, and plan your financial life.

You must be at least 18 years old to use OrderLi. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
OrderLi offers a free tier called Budgeter that includes core budgeting features. No credit card is required and the free plan does not expire.
The Life Planner plan is available for $10.00 USD per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information — it is handled entirely by Stripe's secure payment infrastructure. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
You may cancel your Life Planner subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Life Planner features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free Budgeter plan. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. To request a refund, contact hello@liveorderli.com.
OrderLi uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. to connect your bank accounts. By connecting a bank account, you authorize OrderLi and Plaid to access your financial account data, including transaction history and balances, on your behalf.

OrderLi and its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the design, code, text, and graphics — are owned by OrderLi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your data is yours. We claim no ownership over the financial information you enter into OrderLi. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service to you.
Your use of OrderLi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it — it explains how we handle your financial data.
We aim to keep OrderLi available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time. If we make material changes to the Service or these Terms, we will notify you by email or in-app notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OrderLi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or financial decisions made based on information in the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
OrderLi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of OrderLi after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
